Willies is an Australian online will service. You answer plain-English questions, we prepare your will for your state or territory, a real person checks it, and you sign it at home with two witnesses. Then we keep it safe and up to date.

How your will is made
The questions take about 10 minutes and save as you go. Your will is prepared from your answers, using wording written for the law in your state or territory, including its signing and witnessing rules.
A real person reads every will before it's sent and flags anything that doesn't add up, like a gift with no backup or a beneficiary who has also been asked to witness. Your will arrives within 2 business days as a PDF with step-by-step signing instructions for your state.
We prepare documents from the information you give us. We don't give legal advice about your wider situation. If your affairs are complicated, or someone is likely to challenge your will, see a lawyer.
How we write our guides
Our guides and state pages are written from the legislation and from official sources: the courts, the Public Trustees, Legal Aid, Moneysmart and the ATO. Each page lists its sources and the date its facts were last checked, and we update it when the law or the fees change.

Where your information is kept
Your answers and your will are stored in Australia, in a database in Sydney. Your digital legacy plan is encrypted on your device before it reaches us, so we can't read it. The privacy policy explains who sees what.
